Tanja Halsall

Tanja Halsall provides consulting services to various local businesses through her consulting company Potential Human Resources ( potentiahr.ca ) and is also an Adjunct Professor with the Faculty of Management at UBC Okanagan. Tanja holds a CPHR and SHRM-SCP designation, a Masters’ Degree in Leadership, Post- Diploma in HR Management and initially began her commitment to learning while working towards her Bachelor of Education. In addition to recruiting for clients and acting as the HR department for small and medium sized businesses, Tanja and her team at Potentia provide leadership training and facilitate workshops on many topics related to HR and People & Culture.
